We’re well into the swing of wedding season now, so it’s the perfect time to talk about the best comedy about attending weddings: Wedding Crashers. Their incredible techniques for infiltrating any party they see would make a spy jealous, and all the rules they made for themselves when they get in were absolutely hilarious. So why don’t we lock it up – no you lock it up! 1. Vince Vaughn kept the painting given to his character, Jeremy, by Todd. I mean, who doesn’t want their own commissioned painting?

3. It’s sort of based on a true story. Not specifically wedding crashing, but it was inspired by a San Francisco group called The Partygoers whose goal was to spread good cheer by crashing parties in a friendly manner.


They truly give so much for their calling.




4. There was always a wedding planner on set to help make sure that the weddings looked realistic and believable.


If you’re gonna crash weddings, they’d better be legit looking ones.

You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
