It’s safe to say that no character on Game of Thrones is well-adjusted. They all have their flaws — some worse than others. What is interesting is a lot of their issues seem to stem from their fathers. So let round up some of the characters whose dads made a pretty big impact on their lives (in a pretty negative way) ranked from bad to slightly worse.











10. Jon Snow


He’s referred to as “bastard” on the reg, and his stepmom hates him. If he knows anything, it’s that he’s not wanted. Also, the fact that he doesn’t know who his REAL parents are is pretty cray — but ignorance is bliss. 




9. Daenerys Targaryen


Her dad was the Mad King. Yeah, she was a baby when he died, but you gotta take genetics into account. Those are some shoes no one wants her to fill.











8. Ramsey Snow


He’s just never been good enough, has he? Striving for that fatherly approval by cutting up sausages left and right.




7. The Stark boys


Welp the only shining light and hope in all the kingdoms – their father – had his head all chopped off. Robb had to go to war, and Bran had to rule Winterfell. And Rickon… what’s he doing again? Oh yeah, not much these days…

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
