17 Behind-The-Scenes "Big Daddy" Facts




Remember back in 1999 when Big Daddy came out and everybody went crazy because it was yet another Adam Sandler film? While critics weren’t necessarily crazy about the film, fans adored it. It’s a movie that still holds up to this day and never fails to provide for a good laugh when you need it. Here are 17 behind the scene facts about Big Daddy that most people had no idea about!











1. The boys who play Julian are Dylan and Cole Sprouse. They were seven years old at the time, and it was their second movie ever. 






2. They went on to star in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody on The Disney Channel.













3. During filming, both Dylan and Cole lost some of their baby teeth. This was bad for consistency, so they had to wear temporary replacements. 






4. Adam Sandler’s wife, Jackie, appears as a waitress in the movie. This is the first of many other films she appears in with her husband.

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
