Why Demi Lovato Is Quitting Music In 2017




Demi Lovato just wouldn’t be the same if she remained quiet on everything that she was passionate about and never ever spoke out, even if it meant getting herself into a little bit of hot water. Still, eventually it all becomes too much, even for Demi, and she’s putting down the microphone come 2017. She just tweeted the news, and while we totally get it, we’re also kinda, sorta, really devastated. 











I could spend hours just browsing through Demi’s Twitter. It seems as though she always has something to say and she literally slays all the time.






She’s definitely one of those girls who knows what she wants to say and isn’t afraid to speak her mind. We commend you for that Demi!













She recently took a lot of heat for an interview she did with Glamour. When referencing Taylor Swift and her “Bad Blood” music video, she said, “this will probably get me in trouble, I don’t see anybody in any sort of squad that has a normal body, It’s kind of this false image of what people should look like. And what they should be like, and it’s not real…. It’s not realistic.”






She also just commented some fanart of herself as a mermaid, saying “Is that how my boobs should look?” and “It’s gorgeous but that’s not my body”.

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
