With so many people in the world, we’re often surprised by what can happen. On a daily basis, we never really know what’s going to happen to us, though we try to prepare as best as we possibly can. With that said, some things are inevitable and even if we try to stick to a boring routine to avoid surprises, we’ll still always be surprised! More often than not, these things don’t have a negative effect on us, though some definitely can. For the most part, we’re surprised by really weird things that simply shouldn’t happen. 











1. A person moving like a spider? Yeah, no thanks. 






2. Pharmacists should give clear instructions, right? Does this count as attempted murder?













3. Math class exists so graphs like this don’t.






4. Yeah, this shouldn’t happen unless you never change the toothbrush head.

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
