Bringing life into the world is one of, if not the most, beautiful things that can happen to a family. The joy and excitement of welcoming another generation transcends time, space, race and culture which is why maternity (and now paternity) leave is offered through most workplaces. But what happens when things get complicated? What happens when you lose that paid leave? 











Things get more difficult, to say the least. That is precisely what happened to this family. They were still preparing to welcome their twins when the eager little ones came sooner than expected. To develop properly, they needed their parents every four hours, which would be fine if they could afford it. Something’s got to change in these United States, people!

You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant.
