18 Illustrations That Show The Downfall Of Our Modern World

Sometimes it feels like the world is going to hell in a gif generator, doesn’t it? Still, as long as we can laugh at ourselves, I think there is hope for the future.

Steve Cutts is an artist and illustrator that uses his work to make humorous but pointed observations about our modern world. He’s not afraid to show the ugly side of our day-to-day existence, but he also makes sure that we get a giggle out of it while he delivers his message. Check out these 18 examples!

1. The most frustrating word on the planet.

Everyone’s been there. It’s Netflix night, the popcorn is still so warm that the fake butter is molten, and you’re curled up with your favorite person to watch a movie. Which buffers. And buffers. Until the popcorn has turned to Styrofoam and you’re ready to throw it at your TV.

2. What we leave behind.

Is this guy made of his trash or is it coming at him in a wave? Maybe both! Plus, he has an awesome mustache.

3. Phone zombies.

When the zombie apocalypse comes, don’t worry; just give them the latest update to Pokémon Go and they’ll be too distracted catching Drowzees to give chase.

16 Times Getting Drunk Really Paid Off

The worst thing about getting drunk is pretty much any decision you make while drunk.  But once in a while you get lucky and by some fluke, a messy night takes a turn for the better.   Maybe you discover a cool talent or go on an amazing drunk adventure. More likely, you discover a edible-looking hot dog lying on the sidewalk calling to you.  But whatever your drunk win is, it creates an experience so magical that alcohol-soaked you feels like the only person in the world… even though  you probably don’t remember a thing about it the next morning.  1. Your inability to stand up straight resulted in the best dance moves ever The alcohol gods are on your side when your unconscious self manages to do the worm. 2. You’re drunk and your oven is broken… And you really want pizza… 3. So you deep fry your pizza Drunk you is so smart. 4. A beautiful work of art This person got drunk and turned into Leonardo da Vinci.

Can Your Ex Tell The Difference Between Adele Lyrics And Drunk Texts? This Girl Found Out!

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!

If knowledge is power, then I am Jon Snow and I’ve just been stabbed to death…in the snow…and I know nothing…and I also have no power because I’m dying in the snow. Fire has no shadow But it makes shadows… 2. Chewing gum while cutting onions  Prevents you from bawling your eyes out while you make pasta  3. It’s not Fun-guy It’s Fun-jy. Which is way less fun.  4.
