I welcome you to the world of street cats in Japan! Nyan Kichi is a Japanese photographer who wanders the streets capturing street cats in their natural environment. There’s one area in particular with road holes that the cats love to visit. Kichi brings a prop to help the cats get into play-mode. From there, it’s simply pure humor. 


Be prepared for some cheesy puns, random cat names, and adorable cats. Don’t purr-cat-stinate, share it with your friends!

You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
