11 Things That Happened Behind The Scenes Of "The Office"

I can’t believe that the boss noise that was The Office went off the air nearly three freakin’ years ago!

The cringe. The Michael Scott-isms. Jim and Pam’s love story. Dwight being a weirdo. The Jim looks to the camera. This show had it all.

But there are a bunch of things you had NO idea about but you will after plowing through this article! That’s what she said.

Who’s your favorite character on The Office? Let me know in a COMMENT!

1. The theme song was written by a week before the show aired!

2. The first question John Krazinski asked when he got the part of Jim was “Is Pam going to be Jenna Fischer?” Likewise, the first thing Jenna Fischer asked was “Is John Krazinski going to be Jim?”

Turns out they hit it off as they were waiting in the casting room together and REALLY hit it off.

3. Most critics absolutely HATED the first season and most of the cast thought they were going to be cancelled… then it went on to run for NINE seasons!

Steve Carell said to the cast and crew at one point after making six episodes, “Hey, at least we got to make six.”

4. That infamous kiss between Michael Scott and Oscar to show his tolerance was COMPLETELY unscripted and improvised by Steve Carell.

Those looks of surprise were real reactions. Jenna Fischer can’t stop smiling and BJ Novak (who played Ryan Howard) hiding his face holding back tears of laughter.

But we’re just getting started…

16 Times Getting Drunk Really Paid Off

The worst thing about getting drunk is pretty much any decision you make while drunk.  But once in a while you get lucky and by some fluke, a messy night takes a turn for the better.   Maybe you discover a cool talent or go on an amazing drunk adventure. More likely, you discover a edible-looking hot dog lying on the sidewalk calling to you.  But whatever your drunk win is, it creates an experience so magical that alcohol-soaked you feels like the only person in the world… even though  you probably don’t remember a thing about it the next morning.  1. Your inability to stand up straight resulted in the best dance moves ever The alcohol gods are on your side when your unconscious self manages to do the worm. 2. You’re drunk and your oven is broken… And you really want pizza… 3. So you deep fry your pizza Drunk you is so smart. 4. A beautiful work of art This person got drunk and turned into Leonardo da Vinci.

Can Your Ex Tell The Difference Between Adele Lyrics And Drunk Texts? This Girl Found Out!

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!

If knowledge is power, then I am Jon Snow and I’ve just been stabbed to death…in the snow…and I know nothing…and I also have no power because I’m dying in the snow. Okay, you get it.   Here are a bunch of things that you probably never knew, but after reading this you will. And then maybe you’ll come back to life next season or something. Cool! 1. Fire has no shadow But it makes shadows… 2. Chewing gum while cutting onions  Prevents you from bawling your eyes out while you make pasta  3. It’s not Fun-guy It’s Fun-jy. Which is way less fun.  4. The Tostitos logo is two people sharing chips and salsa Weird. I hate sharing my Tostitos.
