The Internet Was Outraged By This Mom"s Photo, But Her Response Is Awesome!




It went from a hospital delivery room to a makeup room: makeup artist Alaha Majid made the transformation while she was going into labor with her first child. She found a clever way to take her mind off the painful contractions. The makeup artist came to the hospital stacked with her favorite makeup products and put one of her passions to work. Right there on the delivery bed, Alaha went into full glam. Alaha posted photos on Instagram and they received a lot of feedback. Her reaction? Awesome!











Goals 


Many people admired her strength. She inspired them to follow in her foot steps. 




She came prepared 


Some of the many products that Alaha brought with her were an eyeshadow palette, foundation, contour kit, dip brow, and liquid lipstick. She captioned her photo on Instagram saying, “I only packed some of my favorite products in my hospital bag.”  











Makeup on deck 


No contraction is getting in her way! That eyeshadow needs to be blended. 




All natural 


Yes, you read that right! Alaha had a natural birth! Talk about painful! Alaha said on her Instagram that, “It was tough, but I’m lucky enough to have been able to experience it firsthand and am so grateful.” You can’t even tell in the photos.
