You gotta dress to impress, or so they say, but how do we know what’s even considered impressive anymore, when it’s constantly changing? Well, what I like to do is roam the streets and see if I spot anyone sporting anything interesting. Once I find a cool outfit, I just run right up to them and shout questions about it until they either tell me where they got it or just give me the clothes so I stop talking/yelling at them.

The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant.
