Cat Refuses To Come Inside, So Dog Learns To Carry It When Called

Growing up, my family had a cat that would spend most of the day outdoors. Usually, he would reappear when he heard my father’s car pull in after work, but if not, we knew he’d always come when called. Tiger was a strangely clever cat. Most cats aren’t so keen on coming when called, though, and it can be super annoying when they refuse to listen. Why couldn’t they be more like dogs: trainable and happy to please their humans?

If only herding cats were this easy!

It’s not, though, so this Russian woman needed to depend on a more easily trainable pet: her dog. She’s taught him to bring in the cat! 

The cat is even a little bigger than the dog, but that doesn’t stop the trick from working. 

He just slides under the cat, lifts, and starts walking.

There are a couple pauses so the pooch can adjust, but the cat seems resigned to its fate.

It doesn’t run away. This must be a common enough occurrence that kitty is used to it.
