Mistakes are going to be made, it’s just a fact of life. Usually, there’s not much reason to beat yourself up over it, but in the case of these people, well, that could be debatable. Sometimes, all it takes is a little bit of foresight or, really, any amount of thought at all to prevent these mini-catastrophes from happening, but what are ya gonna do? In these cases, I guess the thing to do was to post a picture of said mistakes to the internet, so really, we can’t thank them enough for it. Regardless, it’s times like these that we all share when you can’t help but smack yourself in the head and say “what was I thinking?” 


Well, you probably weren’t thinking, and that’s the name of the game for these people who clearly just didn’t think things through…

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
