Have you ever seen something so ridiculous and thought “are people really that dumb”? Since my job requires me to search the internet for amusing people doing stupid things, nothing really surprises me anymore. Even so, these people have done some particularly idiotic stuff that (unfortunately for them) happens to be captured on the greatest time capsule ever known — the internet. 


Way back in the dark ages, people used to have to wear a dunce cap so that everyone else could see who NOT to procreate with… and maybe to also have a bit of a chuckle at someone else’s expense. In modern times, we have immortalized the actions of the thoughtless on the interwebs for everyone to see — where no one will forget. 











1. This person has discovered a super futuristic technology that can tell you what happens in the movie — using words!






2. I hope this guy never shares his DNA with anyone.

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
