Single Mom Sends Message To Thieves Who Broke Into Her Car

When someone does something that hurts us, we tend to think about ourselves first. We think about how we feel, what we are going to do, and we sometimes decide that the other person is bad and doesn’t deserve forgiveness. People do unkind things, but that doesn’t mean they are unkind people.

Sam De Sillery is a single mother living in Perth, Australia.

Recently, there have been a series of car break-ins in her neighborhood.

Her car was one of the many being broken into — the thieves leaving smashed windows in their wake.

It got so bad that people started leaving their cars unlocked just so they wouldn’t have to replace the glass.

Sam’s car was actually broken into twice in one week.

“It never used to be this bad. My friend’s garage got broken into and they stole a hose and reel,” she said.
