Even though Beetlejuice came out in 1988 (yes, 29 years ago), it still remains a classic in many people’s lives. I watch it every Halloween without fail. It’s just so good! I also love seeing how far these actors have come in their careers since this movie, since they were all so young here. Can you believe it was both Alec Baldwin’s and Winona Ryder’s third movie ever? We recently discovered a goldmine of throwback, behind-the-scenes pictures of the movie being made, and it’s pretty cool to see. Check it out for yourself!

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
