Sometimes it’s hard to believe that there are people born in the 2000s. I still remember a time when people that were several classes below me were being born in the early ’90s. Being so old means one thing, though, you get to remember how brilliant life was in the ’80s and ’90s.


In hindsight, some of the stuff we found luxurious and state-of-the-art back in the day was just horribly tacky, or clunky. Kids these days (yep, I just said that) are going to be laughing at us after they see this list…

Can Your Ex Tell The Difference Between Adele Lyrics And Drunk Texts? This Girl Found Out!

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
