Young Mom Calls 911 For Permission To Shoot Intruder




Sarah, a young Oklahoma mom, was at home alone with her three-month-old son on New Year’s Eve. Her husband had passed away the week before from cancer, so it was now just her and her son against the world. That night, she experienced the worst night possible, when a man tried to break into her home.











Sarah slid her couch in front of the door to barricade her small family from the intruder. She went into the bedroom and gave her son a bottle to soothe him, and quickly dialed 911. This is the phone call that saved their lives. It’s shocking and surreal, and it has to be a mother’s worst nightmare.

Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant.
