Being a dad is a stressful gig. Whether you have one kid or twenty, being a parent is a full-time job that takes up most of your time. You always have to be there for your little ones when they’re having a bad day, or trying something new. You’re their main role model, and the way you treat them will ultimately determine the type of person they grow up to be. Sure, parenthood comes with a lot of responsibility, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t have a little fun once in a while. Here are 15 dads who played epic pranks on their kids.

This is exactly why I lock the door when I shower, even if I’m home alone. Keep on singing though, kid.

The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
