It’s heartbreaking to hear that a celebrity you may have idolized has died. It hurts even more when it’s in a sudden, tragic way, and in a way that wasn’t caused by the celebrity themselves. It kind of makes you realize just how short and unpredictable life is. We took a look at some of the most devastating celebrity deaths, and remembered them for their accomplishments. 1. Selena Quintanilla-Pérez was one of the most popular Mexican-American singers and one of the most influential Latin artists of all time. She was just 23 years old when she was murdered. 






She was shot by the president of her fan club in 1995 at a Days Inn motel. The two had been in a heated argument over missing finances. 













2. Paul Walker was famous for his role as Brian O’Conner in The Fast and the Furious. He had a daughter, Meadow Walker, whose godfather is Vin Diesel. 






Paul died in a single vehicle collision in 2013. Reports say that the accident was caused by the driver of the car was going too fast. Vin Diesel recently shared this picture of him and his daughter, with Paul watching over them. The caption read, “always….”.

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
