10 More Obvious Movie Costume Mistakes




In case you haven’t realized it yet, everybody makes mistakes. It’s just human nature to screw things up every once in a while and the people who make movies are no exception. We’ve looked at some of the worst costume mistakes in our favorite movies before, but guess what? There’s more. Like, a lot more.

1. Captain America: The First Avenger


Despite the fact that the movie was set in WWII, Jim Mortia wears a style of headset underneath his hat that wasn’t invented until after the new millenium. 




2. Captain America: The First Avenger again…


Notice how Peggy Carter’s hair is down to her shoulders? Well, during WWII a woman in the military was not allowed to let her hair touch her collar.











3. The Doors


Val Kilmer did an excellent job portraying the late frontman of the iconic rock band. However, the team behind his costumes made a few mistakes. The movie takes place in the ’60s, and Jim Morrison died in 1971 – but those Ray-Bans sunglasses weren’t released until the ’80s. 




That’s awkward.

Can Your Ex Tell The Difference Between Adele Lyrics And Drunk Texts? This Girl Found Out!

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
