A Dozen Easter Eggs You Probably Never Noticed




If you’re anything like me, you’re pretty oblivious to the finer details hidden in movies, regardless of how obvious they are. It’s kind of sad really… I always dreamed of being something like Nancy Drew, but I just don’t have it in me. Fortunately, not everyone is so unobservant, and those who actually notice the fun hidden messages are often kind enough to share their findings with the rest of us. These stealthy little Easter Eggs slipped right under my radar. 











1. Anchorman


Did you ever notice the Mexican restaurant in Anchorman? If you speak Spanish then it’s probably no surprise, but for everyone else… The name “Escupimos en su Alimento” means “We spit in your food” in Spanish. 




2. Firefly


Apparently, hiding a Han Solo figurine in the background of shots in this (sadly) cancelled show. Keep your eyes peeled!











3. I Am Legend


See the hidden Batman and Superman logo in the background? This showed up long before the Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, which happens to have a very similar logo. Coincidence? You decide.





4. Community


This hidden joke spans over the whole series! The third time that Beetlejuice was mentioned, he appeared in the background. Look for him around 0:14 in the video.

Can Your Ex Tell The Difference Between Adele Lyrics And Drunk Texts? This Girl Found Out!

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
