16 Photos That Might Prove There"s Life After Death

Where the soul goes after it leaves the body will forever remain one of life’s greatest mysteries. There are some who believe that restless souls with unfinished business can remain here on Earth in the form of ghosts. The following 16 images suggest that maybe there is some truth to that theory. 

Each image has captured what appears to be some form of spectral entity. The entities generally have a human form, but they’re less fleshy… and opaque. If you’re a non-believer, brace yourself to be confronted with images that might force you to rethink what you thought you believed.

1. Perth Tearoom Apparition 

According to Curiositeaz Vintage Tea Room owner, Dan Clifford, something was setting off their motion detecting alarm at night. Upon setting up a camera, this image of a transparent apparition was captured on camera. 

2. The Cooper Family Falling Body Photo

It is said that the Cooper family moved into a Texas home in the 1950s, and after taking a family photo together on their first night, they developed the film only to find a terrifying hanging body in the picture. No one has ever been able to explain the strange and haunting image.

3. The Brown Lady

This photo is likely the most famous and legitimate ghost photograph in existence. The figure is believed to be the ghost of Lady Dorothy Townshend, who, records show, died in 1726. There is, however, a rumor that her jealous husband threw a sham funeral while he imprisoned and abused her for infidelity. Several well-regarded noblemen witnessed The Brown Lady before she was ever captured on camera. The men who captured this photo witnessed her and took the snap intentionally, so it was no surprise when the developed film was revealed.

4. Grandfather’s Ghost

This photograph, taken at a seniors home by Denise Russell, got passed around by her family for years before anyone noticed the man standing behind their grandmother. No one recalled seeing that man that day and Russel noticed that he looked just like her grandmother’s long dead grandfather.
