Dad Writes Post About Restaurants And Tantrums That All Parents Can Relate To

Anyone who has kids knows that taking them out to a restaurant is not an easy task. There is crying, temper tantrums and let’s not forget the 50 trips to the bathroom. Forget sitting down and to enjoy a nice hot meal at a leisurely pace. The louder your kids get, the faster you eat – and amidst all this chaos there are the gawkers. Those people that choose to stare you down in hopes that it will make you wave a magic wand and instantly quiet your children. As a parent, I can tell you there is no magic. Clint, a man who blogs about his life as husband and father, has made an honest Facebook post that all us parents can relate to.

Clint has named his blog “No Idea What I’m Doing: A Daddy Blog.”

And as he says in his about description, “this is the most honest account of parenting you will find on the web.” He blogs about his family, his wife Mel and their three children. “I hope you can learn something from my mistakes, and realize that being frustrated, confused, and exhilarated as a parent is normal.”

When your kid acts up in a restaurant there is literally no way to win.

Any move that you make will be judged by someone. That is why Clint felt the need to make his Facebook post, of course after he had to take his daughter from the restaurant and out to the van.

He starts off…

And this is where he gets the attention of parents everywhere.

This dad understands the struggle. Share if you agree!
