This Is The Easiest Way To Peel Garlic Ever
I have a love-hate relationship with garlic. On one hand, it’s delicious and takes most sauces and dishes to the next level, in terms of flavor. On the other hand, it’s a pain to peel and chop. I usually end up getting flakes of peel all over my cutting board as I try to dig out a clove to mince. Finally! My struggles are now over. This simple and effective method will save you time and a headache in the kitchen. The best part about this Diply-tested hack is that all you need is something that you probably already have lying around.
What you need:
Garlic bulb (obviously)
Jar with a lid
Method:
Place the bulb in the jar and close the lid. Shake it. Shake it. Shake it like a….well, you get it. DONE! The cloves will separate from the peel and will be ready to mince, chop, or crush!
