Parents Are Freaking Out About IKEA"s April Fool"s Prank




Most of us have fallen victim to some kind of April Fool’s Day prank in our lives. Usually, a friend or a coworker will pull it on you, but lately, major retailers have gotten in on the game. 


IKEA is making some waves online after posting a prank gallery of images related to some changes they ‘plan’ on making in their stores. Let’s just say that some parents didn’t get the joke and are pretty miffed about the whole thing.

IKEA decided to get involved in the pranking spirit a little early by posting a “new and improved” children’s play space.













After all, IKEA knows how important this play space is to shoppers, so they knew that making an interesting change to it would get some reactions.

Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant.
