The World Seems To Have A Problem With What Americans Use The Microwave For

Anyone who has ever traveled anywhere outside of their hometown knows that a lot of things are done differently depending on where you are in the world. Something that may be normal and seem completely harmless in one place can be totally unacceptable or insulting in another. That is why it’s important to familiarize yourself with local expectations and customs whenever you plan a trip or are going to be meeting new people from other countries. 

And while some people may view these differences as annoyances, the truth is, they are what make the world so interesting! Personally, I find different traditions and practices to be fascinating, not a hassle, but I know there are some people out there who would disagree with me. 

I wouldn’t call it an American tradition, but I think it’s safe to say that utilizing hacks and figuring out simpler, more effective ways of doing things has become common practice for many of us.
