Try To Find The Cat In These Images

It’s easy to forget that cats are predators. Usually, around the house they’re more interested in belly rubs and catnip than pouncing out from behind a fern onto an unsuspecting foot.

But of course their predatory instincts do come out from time to time. You have to tread carefully in a house owned by cats. Attacks can come in bursts, with blurs of speed as a rampaging two-foot beast races around the house chasing some imagined prey. Or they can come silently – a paw reaching out from under the coffee table to swipe at an unlucky toe.

Which is why it’s good to be aware of your cat’s whereabouts at all times.

So here’s a good exercise to help you stay on top of the situation in your own home and avoid the next dive-bomb from your little predator.

Cats love to hide. Those sneaky little fur ninjas will disappear for hours on end only to pop up in the least expected places.

Some cats are excellent at hiding. They use their fur ninja powers to blend into the background like a chameleon.

Especially when motivated.

Others have the instincts — but just aren’t good at it.

Well, this cat owner lost his cat, Pedro, one afternoon and found him in his kitchen. Can you see him?
