Halloween is almost here! Time to dress up the kids and grand-kids in adorable costumes, ply them with sugar, and watch them bounce off the walls! And best of all, scare the pants off them! I mean, how many other holidays specify “tricks” as well as treats in their mandate? (Except maybe Easter, if you’ve got a bunny phobia. Bunnies aren’t always as cute as everyone claims they are) 


And it all starts with the house. It’s time to get decorating, and here’s some inspiration from a bunch of people who really go all-out for Halloween!

Adele’s new song “Hello” is perfect listening for anyone who wants to unnecessarily relive the emotional trauma of having your heart shattered into a billion pieces. The song is about the failures of reconnecting with a loved one after painful years apart. If you can get through the song without having a crippling, tear-soaked breakdown, then you likely have no heart. You also might find that the lyrics are uncannily similar to a drunken text you might send your ex. Mary Caldera noticed this similarity and decided to test it out on her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Poor Matt clearly didn’t get the reference. Naturally, Matt assumed Mary was just drunk texting him, and his deadpan and confused response is brilliant. If you think Mary was cruel for texting Matt and getting his hopes up, well, she didn’t stop there. She also posted the entire exchange on Twitter, much to our delight!
